  : Enjoyed the views of this hotel it was the places definite unique selling point The en suite was nice and clean and had a good sized shower, the towels were good quality and the little toiletries were a nice touch for those that had perhaps forgot to bring theirs
  : Continental breakfast, when we booked it didnt say continental it said excellent breakfast and then photos of a full English, we paid 200 for 2 nights and had a cold breakfast, also had to keep asking for extra butter, more meat and cheese as very little was put out in the first place. There was also an extra charge for hot beverage making items I.E tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk, we only had 2 tea bags for a 2 night stay for 2 people, the tea tray wasnt replenished and the extra cost I felt shouldnt have applied We ended up going to the local co-op and bought our own and took them home after our stay. There was no curtains in the room, just vertical blinds which as soon as 5am came the light was straight in through the gaps.

  : When we arrived the host greeted us and we went to our room. We thought it slightly odd that there was only one set of towels and only one glass but we've been married a long time and it wasn't that big a deal. The stay was great and the host was fantastic and helpful throughout. It wasn't until after we left that the fun and games started. I received a text accusing us of taking a set of towels and a glass. Despite several reassurances that they weren't there when we arrived, she would not let it drop and charged 45 to my credit for her "losses". I asked Booking.com to investigate but got a very bland reply and clearly they didn't want to get involved. When you think about it, it is such an easy scam to pull off. If anyone says anything then you supply the towels or the glass. If like us you don't bother, you get hit with an extra bill and you can't prove/disprove anything. Your word against hers and she holds your card details. I have never been more treated like this before and have never taken anything from a hotel room in my life. It has left me angry and moving forward, mistrusting of any host I come across in the future. As a result I hope that nobody ever stays at her hotel again and that her dishonesty, which is now exposed for all to see, proves her downfall.

  : Beautiful views! Exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable. Loreta was the perfect host, informative and welcoming. We could come and go as we pleased without feeling like we were intruding. Our room was everything we needed for our weekend stay, Seascale for us was the perfect place to stay to explore the surrounding areas. There isn't much there but we knew this already and it was just what we were looking for. Very peaceful.

  : Maybe my only gripe is that breakfast is continental only.... a good selection of food but no cooked option!
