  : I did not stay when we got there we were placed in the room with no AC. The lady in the front desk said giver her a moment because there was no other rooms, and left us in the room with no AC and it smelled , so I went down and she was busy and she said we have no rooms so we left , I’m still waiting on my refund , we had to drive 30 minutes out of are way to find another room last minute and expensive .

  : Location was great. Breakfast was fair. We stayed two nights breakfast on Friday included whole fresh fruit, apples & oranges. No fruit on Saturday morning. When I asked about it. The staff said they were running low and saving it for another day. Pancake machine is novel. Would have preferred a waffle maker. Two choices of eggs: scrambled and egg white omelet with peppers. Sausage both days, signage for bacon but no bacon provided. Milk cartons were frozen. In the room: TV worked, clean sheets, Refrigerator was great to have.
  : Musty smell in the lobby, but may have been due to the recent storm and high waters in the gulf. Please have the staff clean the room vents in the bathroom. Terribly dirty. Broken dispenser on the wall in the bathroom next to the sink. Bathroom door swollen and wouldn't open all the way. Only 2 sets of towels in the room for 4. Mattresses need replaced, terribly uncomfortable. Pool needed to be cleaned. An automatic sweeper would do wonders for it.

  : The first time i tipped a stuff member happened here and it tells a lot. She was really helpful and made us feel like at home. Thank you! Besides that, the location is super convenient - close to the boardwalk and NASA center. Highly recommended place!
  : I wish that you could have a normal European breakfast - some vegetables and greens instead of processed food and baked products, but that's a problem for the whole US (well unless you're going for the ultra-premium segment)

  : I liked the location of hotel from where we went to visit Kemah
  : We got a handicap room and the bed was too tall , we asked for more toilet paper, Pillows and wash rags,we were told shortage on pillows and I had to go down and get a roll of toilet paper. Blinds were broke in room wouldn’t go up,breakfast was almost gone at 8:00 am and they were taking a lot of time refilling wouldn’t of minded but told staff 3 different times and no one cared and for what we paid for one night it made whole stay not a good one! Thank you

  : The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and easy to find.
  : The breakfast has been much better at other Holiday Inn Expresses my fiancee and I have visited. No one replenished food in a timely manner, and the only coffee available was decaf.

  : I frequently stay at Holiday Inn Express because I've found them to provide clean comfortable stays at a good value. But this property was just missed the mark. When we arrived at 2:30 we had to wait to check in because the front desk said were going through a shift change. When we got to the room we found it not fully cleaned - incomplete complement of towels, coffee station wasn't restocked, and the bed was sloppily made. The breakfast was MEH - no fresh fruit with limited selection. Interactions with staff were just OK, but all signs suggest that the property was understaffed.
  : This property didn't meet the standards I've come to expect of Holiday Inn Express.
