  : People were living there on a weekly/monthly basis. There were toys on the sidewalk. There was no refrigerator, light bulbs in lamps or over sink, one threadbare towel. The shower didn't work and shower head was falling off. Oil/lubricant and other stains on the sheets which manager said was probably blood. Piles of garbage by the stairs. Wifi didn't work. Odor in the room. Manager was gracious to attempt fixing all problems, but when asked to be moved to another room, stated they were all like this. Finally gave me a refund so we could leave.

  : Our first room was terrible fixtures falling off the walls got moved to different room it was alot better no broken fixtures

  : The girl working 2nd shift was really friendly. The bed was ok.
  : The property is completely falling apart. The first room the air didn't work. Correction (as the first shift rudely stated) came on but still after us being gone over 2 hrs the room was still burning up. Communication isn't key there because the woman wanted to seem to get an attitude when I told her the air didn't work. "Well I went in there this morning and it was on and I didn't get why it was marked dirty but I get it." It was in a friendly manner either. We stayed a day longer and extended (only reason we stayed there was because of the pool which is in desperate need of tlc but I have kids who don't care) So when I handed the lady my keys back she got snippy because I had 4 keys. She just was so unpleasant and didn't wear her mask. (Yeah if I got to wear it so should they). The tub overflow was missing so in place there was a baggie there. The ac vents had to be cleaned it was so full of dirt and gunk. It's been a while since they cleaned the filters. Which should be done daily when the room is cleaned. So we cleaned the room up as much as possible. It use to be an actually ok decent place with friendly staff. Not so much now.

  : Location was the only good thing
  : I booked this motel through booking and paid at the time of booking with my visa card on 1/7 and had a confirmation number with pin that showed I had prepaid. When I arrived on 2/28 the motel had no record of my reservation even after I showed my confirmation info. I had to pay them in cash. Their phone system and wifi were down so after calling booking I still could not get the issue resolved. There was left over food in the refrig from the previous guest. Room was dirty and not kept up.
