  : I usually stay at this hotel to visit family and the bed is always comfortable, and its quiet.
  : This time I stayed I woke up to a bedbug biting my arm. It was almost 1:30 in the morning and I went to the front desk to see if I could get another room and the guy told me there werent any other rooms. I asked if I could get a refund and he said he could but there wasnt anywhere else for me to stay at that time of night. He gave me new sheets and told me to come back in the morning for the refund. When I came back he said he would have to talk to the owner about giving me a refund and check the room for bugs, I told him I took pictures and he told me to come back later and he would call me. The assistant manager called me at 11:30 asking for the pictures and I hadnt heard back from them for hours so I called back around 2 and they still hadnt decided on the refund. So eventually I just drove back down there at 5 because it shouldnt have taken so long to make a decision about what happened and the guy told me that he would only give me $50 back because they didnt find anything in the room. I showed him the pictures and he tried to tell me that it WASNT a bedbug and that it was just a bug that was in season because of the weather change. Ive never had this problem before but a simple google search will tell you that it was DEFINITELY a bedbug.
