Disappointing

  : Everything was clean and the views were very nice.
  : The fact that we had to precisely say what time we would arrive and even then we had to call for them to come to the reception. And the balconies are not advertised as shared even though they are. We asked to stay an additional night due to the hut we booked being closed for the season. This was not possible due to unknown reasons as the place was nearly deserted!The absolute worst thing was the following. We had some leftover laundry which was a little bit damp which we hung in our room. We did not know this would be a problem. On our second day, during breakfast (where other guests were present mind you), the mother in law went OFF on us. That this was a disgrace, they never saw anything like this, we may have ruined the carpet and bed linen. She did not let me clarify it was only damp, not dripping wet and that we would take it down immediately and did not know it was an issue. She kept repeating it was a disgrace as if we had completely wrecked the room. The thing is, they found out by watching through the window from the shared balcony! This felt like a complete breach of privacy. For the rest of the day we felt uneasy in the room as if anyone could barge in at any second. Weirdly, no one ever did so was it really such an issue? When we went to pay the next morning, the owner did not even bring it up. When we did, she said it was not done but she did not sound pissed at all. We did not get an apology either for the earful we had to endure from her MIL. Anyway, what we should have done is apparentely is ask them to hang the laundry in the garden. Mind you, it rained for the duration of our entire stay, it would have gotten even more wet..TL;DR was shouted at by mother in law in front of other guests about something the owner was not even angry about. No apology, just very uneasy feeling. Glad we could not stay another night, other accommodation was much better. Would not recommend!

  : Beautiful view from our apartament. Very clean room and good breakfast .Zillertal is amaising place for relax. I recommended this place.

  : It is good but without kitchen. Owner don't speak english.
  : We had situation that 1 friend got covid19 and we asked (before 2-3 days from check in) to recalculate the price for 4 people instead of 5. Owner said that will try to do something but did nothing and when guys tried to ask regarding this request, owner did not understand because don't speak english (but in chat spoke)

  : clean property, parking space in front of property, solid continental breakfast, daily newspapers and lots of information of the area
  : Very close to a (loud and) busy street. no privacy given due to same level balcony and big windows. Overall very loud experience for sleeping.
