  : We choose this accomodation as it is "different": it is a kind of museum. It is a very large apartment on the 2nd floor of "das Lutherhaus": a really old building in the center of Schmalkalden with a lot of character, ornaments and a great story. We visited the castle in which the story of Lther and Schmalkalden is explained in a great way, also for teenagers. We would recommend this apartment to anybody that wants to get to know Schmalkalden and it's story! When you arrive, you need to enter the building at the door at the back and then keep going untill you reach the end of the stairwell.
  : Showering in the bath with a small showering screen, without the possibility to hang up the showering nozzle, is not really a good idea: lot of water on the bath room floor every time. We were only with 3 and the dinner table was really far too big for us :-)
