  : Great location, very comfortable modern interior with traditional elements. Friendly staff and great breakfast!
  : The spa facilities were far too busy and the chill out zone was often full of people talking and having telephone conversations!

  : I loved the ski area, the town and I appreciated the great location of the hotel - central but conveniently close to the gondola. It is a beautiful hotel, decorated with care, with good taste, normally you should very much enjoy staying there. The following text should have been included in the next section (with what I didn't like) but due to the length of the text I include it here: It's truly disheartening when the owners and staff of a hotel fail to grasp the significance of making tourists feel genuinely welcome. The impact of small gestures, such as a smile or a kind word, or the effort to find solutions when feasible, cannot be replaced. We are a family with two well-behaving children, both almost 12 years old, always mindful not to disturb other guests. The staff was supportive when we made purchases within the hotel (ski passes, ski locker, dinner, water, and other small products) but not also for other needs. I regret I have to write this critical feedback, as it's undeniably a beautiful hotel that could significantly enhance the tourist experience with a bit of goodwill and care. I share these in the hope that they will realize they must improve and might prompt necessary changes.
  : I'm uncertain if our experience was felt by other guests (perhaps was a lack of synergy between us), but I strongly felt that the staff was merely executing their defined tasks. They seemed disinterested in creating a pleasant experience or crafting beautiful memories for the guests; it was more like "very careful to follow the orders of their boss". Our impression was that they adhered strictly to the house rules (probably communicated by the owners), executing tasks without a smile, lacking an understanding of the guests' perception, and displaying no initiative to enhance the overall experience. There were only a few exceptions, perhaps less than 5% of our interactions.Regarding the restaurant, it was assigned a specific table for our family, but each morning, we had to wait, in front of the glass door, until someone saw us and was available to escort us to our table or simply say, "Same table". It would have been more considered to inform us to use the same table each time, rather than making us wait by the door for many minutes. Additionally, our assigned table was inconveniently distant from the breakfast room, especially with children. We asked for a closer table but it was considered impossible. When questioned, we were told that the other tables were occupied although, during our stay, many appeared free (without "cards with names" on it).On the first evening, we dined in the hotel's restaurant, with the intention of dining there every evening. Because of the rigid service and lack of warmth, we felt unwelcomed. The repetition of the same table was another downside, especially when other guests were welcomed in the main area, although they were not guests of the hotel as well (just to be clear, we also had "a la carte" menu, not dinner included).
