Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Bergwaldlodges in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that on check-out you will be charged extra for the use of electricity for the sauna as well as the electric towel heater. Your exact electricity consumption for the sauna and electric towel heater will be charged at EUR 0.30 per kWh, and this will be taken from your security deposit.

There are no extra charges for other sources of electricity, or for heating or water (up to 1 m³ per stay).

Also included in the rental price is a linen package for 2 people consisting of sheets, a bed and pillow cover, towel, shower towel and guest towel, as well as a laundry package with 1 set of washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper.

Children of all ages (including infants) count as a full person.
