: Great service, amazing sauna wooden village in the forest, beautiful place. Really lovely stay! thanks
: There where not many breakfast options for people with intolerances, I mean, breakfast is huge and very good, but you might want to ask first about your specific dietary restrictions.

: The key feature of the hotel is the outdoor swimming pool area with amazing views (and frequent tandem paragliders passing). The restaurant staff were friendly. The village location is quiet.
: The outdoor pool is not heated and was amazingly cold even in good weather. However, it is easy to access the indoor pool (which is warmer).

: Great location, view, garden and sauna area
: Indoor pool and jacuzzi could have been warmer, no outdoor hot pool

: Both pool areas and the garden are lovely. The hotel is easy to reach and has underground parking. Buffet breakfast was ample but regular coffee tasted terrible. Unfortunately staff was mostly busy cleaning tables instead of asking for individual menu choices at breakfast. We signed up for half board but ended up eating in some of the great restaurants nearby to actually eat some of the excellent local food. Menu at the hotel became boring. We did not receive credit for the missed meals but that did not matter to us, we preferred the change. Overall staff was extremely capable and nice.
: As already mentioned, nobody asked for individual choices at breakfast, i.e. pancakes, French toast, sunny side up eggs, the staff was far too busy serving and cleaning up. No drink service at the pools. Reception was efficient but not very welcoming. The hotel facilities are overall great but there seems to be a lack of motivation to do great for their guests, i.e. information what to see, a calendar of events. The handouts at breakfast were a waste of paper. The maid working our room every day did an outstanding job. The spa treatments are fantastic and worth every Euro.

Disappointing

: We liked the view and the food was really good.
: The service is not so great, when we arrived no one could speak english at the reception ( we speak fluent french,English and Dutch). We still could understand and make our way to our room. There is a lot of things that could be a lot better for exemple we booked the nice 6 course meal at the restaurant it was a lovely evening 25 degree view on the mountain but they dont give us the choice but to sit inside close to the salad bar where everyone pass instead of the 30+ tables available outside with a nice view. One night we wanted to order some wine at the bar at 17:30 before having dinner the 3 employee are sitting in the restaurant eating together open air and not caring about us waiting at the bar.... we never saw that before. If your not 60+ and german speaking dont go there or get ready to people almost look frustrated at you for not speaking german... we wont come back and even if the view is fantastic its not worth the deception of the services.
