  : My history with Mariott and this property has always been good. However, where the property was "OK", my room seemed a little cheaper than I remember and a little dated. The price was great, but it did not meet my standard for Mariott.

  : The staff was nice.
  : The upkeep .. dirty drink water that we watched the fruit be in for days! Looked so bad!! No toilet paper in the main bathroom in the lobby. Gym needed some help as well. Our room looked like it band bandaids .. not fixed properly in other words. Dents all over the walls, dirty!, like needed painted .. they tried putting in this random desk to have one usb to use and it didnt even work! The entire room had issues .. very ran down .. its like a few nice things mixed up with old building.. very ran down. The lobby was nice. We stayed 3 nights!! We wanted out night one and were upset it cost us about $175 a night. But then we read you have to give 24-48 hr notice to cancel to get your money back. We had jsut left the Westin at Jekyll island .. yes a nicer Marriott property but Ive stayed in many spring hills as well. I was happy to get this .. I have more photos .. the lobby and breakfast, staff were good .. but the room and gym not so much. We could have stayed at other properties with the same rate. We chose Marriott (as always) because its usually the best choice. I hope someone reaches out to help fix what happened. Thanks.

  : There was a roach in our bathroom. The shower was rusty and the wallpaper was peeling. The breakfast area was unmanaged with no hot water.

  : We had children in the room over us that were jumping and running till 5:00 in the morning. It sounded like the ceiling was going to give out. We complained to the desk person 3 times 10:30, 12:00 and 1:30 in the a.m. they said theyd take of it but didnt

  : The front desk gave us a good recommendation for food
  : The tables were dirty. The water in the tub drained so slow, the next person had to wait a half hour before they showered. The breakfast was dismal. The sausage was cold and I kid you not the biscuit was rock hard. We went back to stay in Charleston.

  : I like the location and the breakfast bar setup.The employees was nice too. I like how convenient it was to everywhere.
  : There was an issue the plumbing. There was this uncomfortable smell as soon as you walk in the room plus the air conditioner wasn,t really working. The bath tub could of been a little cleaner.
