  : They had nasty reaches in this apartment, they refused to come spray, i sent them several pictures of the roaches I paid 1400 for 2 nights, they offered me 300, there was only 1 tv, none in the 2 bedrooms, we went to Walmart to purchase 2 flat-screen TV so my 10 yr 12 yr would have access to their ps4, no parking for this building, we paid for parking that was over 3 miles and cost us 12$ each time we came in and out.

  : The apartment was exceptionally nice and the furnishings were good. Was in a good centralized location with everything pretty much within walking distance to the room. Plenty off shops and places to eat close by. Within a two minute walk of River Street.
  : The entrance to the facility was in an alley that was a little sketchy. There were a few roaches seen inside during the stay but with that being said it did sit above a couple restaurants and had an alley entrance.

  : it was complete deception. The pictures were from the front of the build but all access was in a dark sketchy ally with Rat caters beside the door. I was hassled by a few homeless. I needed to call for assistance to even find the access to the apartment. I have many pictures of the dirty vents, broken security door and others. On a recorded line the assistant told me I could park my car across from the door and was later towed. The signs for towing do not say what apartments they are for. I left a note and telephone number on the dash just in case and still towed. We did not feel safe and left early in the morning. I reported all of this and not even a courtesy call.

  : After a detailed and carefully screened research through pictures and reviews, i had booked one of your property - Sonders - the Congress at Savannah GA from 10th September to 14 th September through booking .com. the address mentioned was a bustling main road of the historic district of Savannah. Nowhere was there a mention or picture that hinted the entrance from a back alleyway . I was traveling along with my 12 year old daughter and to my shock and horror as a woman-upon arriving at the location - we had to walk to the entrance of the hotel through a seedy , smelling and full of urine stench alleyway .To add to this there was a homeless person that were openly urinating right next to the door.there were a couple more homeless people around that made me feel very unsafe that too in broad daylight. This left us really rattled . Considering how could i enter or exit the property during the day and night without feeling safe- i contacted sonders and booking.com to request for an immediate cancellation. i was told it would take upto 48 hours for any response. i just had to leave the place immediately and rebook another stay at that moment. booking.com responded mentioning that they will treat this as an exception and will contact Sonders and request for a reduced cancellation . however -Sonders did not help in any way and charged us full fee .the next day i was offered a property next door- but reviews were not good and i had moved out already. Hoping to get a partial refund atleast . Unable to get any positive response from the sonders yet.

  : I didnt like the only access was through a dark lane. Also walls very thin and we could hear the people in the apartment next door as if they were in our room
