  : The location was perfect. Having a full kitchen with appliances like the microwave and coffeemaker was a great amenity.

  : Location was great. Kitchen had everything you could want except coffee. Couch was comfy. We loved all the tvs. The dvds relevant to the area was appreciated.

  : Full bed was hard. There is enough room for a queen. Sofa bed pump did not work so had to sleep on couch. Stains on couch, but had sheets and pillows to cover couch.

  : Location was good. Towels were fluffy and clean. Bed was comfortable.
  : - we arrived on day 10 of a road trip and were looking forward to using the washer/dryer but it was broken. It was one of the main reasons we booked. No discount to the rate we paid was offered by the owner. - the deadbolts on the front and back doors were unusable (unclear if this was due to heat or had been an issue before as we were told to only use the door lock) - the tv in the front room did not work when we arrived - someone had to come to the suite (when we weren't there) to turn it on the next day - an email was sent to the property manager about the tv and parking spot shortly after we arrived that she says she didn't receive. Only when my husband phoned because the dead bolts on both doors would not release and we could not get into the cottage did we get a call back. Fortunately my husband kept trying the dead bolt, worried he would break off the key, eventually the dead bolt released but we did not trust to use either dead bolt for the rest of our stay which was a bit concerning. - the bathroom sink is cracked causing water to seep out down the front doors of the cabinet - the parking spot was way too narrow - we had to get out and fold in the mirrors so the driver could back it in. Even though we did this there were scratches on the rental vehicle from the hedge. We were told we could park on the street in front of the cottage but not knowing the area, were not sure it would be secure. - upon walking in the door a musty odor was noticed. We got used to it understanding it is an older home. Unfortunately when opening our suitcases at our next hotel in Atlanta, all our clothes smelled like the cottage.
