  : The only thing I did like was location and how clean the house was.
  : The accommodations state a king bed in one room, another king bed in the other room with a sofa bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The house had 1 king in one bedroom, a queen in the other and 2 couches in the living room which only one was a sofa bed. I opened up the sofa bed for my son and the sofa bed appeared to be broken (proof of picture) and when I told the staff they said they will inform maintenance and they could provide an air mattress. Now this was the first night we were staying there and we were staying there 6 nights. We finally got the air mattress and the next day when my son woke up he was on the ground. The air mattress had a slit in it. If I would have known that this house did not have 2 kings and 2 pulls out couches, I wouldn't have reserved this for our whole family. Even if the pull out couch was not broken there were no sheets anywhere inside the house so we had to request them as well. I would not pay to stay here again. The couches were also very uncomfortable to sit on. Oh and the wifi did not work the entire time we were there. It just said no internet. I would definitely do your research before booking.

  : The house was clean and stayed cool. The towels were new (but had never been washed, so they left a lot of lint and didn’t dry well). The washer/dryer was convenient and the house supplied laundry detergent and dish detergent.
  : The mattress in the purple room is old, very stained, and very uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and there weren’t any extra (we had 2 adults and 4 kids). The toilets barely flush, the shower leaks and the water temp controls are all switched. The coffee pot is old with mildew/build-up in the water chamber. The location is ok, but too far for us to walk to River Street with kids and pretty sketchy at night. Oh, and there is no wine opener!

  : We brought our own groceries and enjoyed breakfast that we prepared each day. The location was wonderful. We ran the Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon which ended right near our front door! Couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere (only about 1 mile away) for shopping and great food. Found a Packer Bar at PS Tavern and had a great time! Really a beautiful area.

  : Issue with hot water but was addressed once the owner was notified. Kitchen was old but fine for morning coffee. Would have preferred the ground floor apartment.

  : The location was great. Accommodations great. The stairs are a serious challenge and I did not know about them at booking. If I had most likely I would have sought another place.
