  : Location was great although a little bit far from the beach, but it's a 5 min drive with the car on a country road. It was very nice located in the middle of the olives and the view of the sea and Athos mountain was amazing. Living room and terrace are also very nice.
  : There was some stuff missing in the kitchen but every time we needed something the host was very helpful and provided us everything we needed.

  : + The villa - living room and pool are nice and have a beautiful view - on the first site. But the pool is in bad shape - several things are broken (tiles broken) - the edges are green and the pool is dangerous for small kids - very deep - no shallow part. + the cleaning people working for the owner are very friendly.
  : - The sleeping rooms are in the basement. We had 3 sleeping rooms one is very smelly (mouldy). All do not have much daylight. - The road to reach the villa is terrible (not paved - in very bad condition). The road passes through a stream (see photo - this the normal condition) - which is, under normal conditions, passable. - When we arrived at the agreed time, the house was not ready - we were waiting for 2 h on the terras- ok - but then nobody told us that the house was ready. They simply disappeared without informing us and without information about the house - we had to figure out everything. - We stayed there when it was raining - the bedrooms were flooded - the living room was flooded via the air conditioning. Due to the rain, we could not pass the road for 2 days - no access to food (supermarket or restaurants). The owner, we have contacted never replied - after we escaped from this horrible stay - after calling several times, we finally managed to contact the owner and she was very rude on the phone. Her reply was that we "were not allowed to leave the house without her permission". - Very rude owner - no reply for days! - After the rain, the road is in very bad condition, and it is likely to damage the car in case one is not extremely careful. - Already when we arrived several things were broken - e.g., the TVs in the bedroom - the owner claimed that this was fixed. This is partially true after complaining - one TV was never fixed. - In conclusion, under normal conditions, the place is far too expensive for what it offers. For small kids, the pool is potentially dangerous. If it rains, the house and location turn into a horror.

  : Fairly accessible location, 1.5 km from the beach, a complex of beautiful villas in an olive grove characteristic of the area.
  : Unfortunately, the pool was unusable. The water was dirty and the cleaning system was broken. Only after a few days it was repaired. The Wifi system worked intermittently.

  : - The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It was a bit hard to communicate with them given that they did not know English, but we somehow understood each other. When we wanted something to clean the grill they took the grill and personally cleaned it which was very nice. When we asked them for a broom to clean up they came and cleaned up instead of us. - The view from the pool is very nice and the villas are surrounded by olive trees. The location is very isolated so it predisposes you to have a nice relaxing trip. - There was a grill, washing machine, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, anything you'd really need. The toaster which we had did not work, so we told the staff and they immediately changed the toaster with a new one.
  : - We did not expect 3 out of the 4 rooms to be pretty much underground. - To reach the villa you have to go through a very run down road. The road made it so that whenever we wanted to leave the villa we would have to do so by car. - When we were handed the keys to the villa we were warned to keep it quiet and to not disturb the neighbors, but as they were telling us this the people renting the neighboring villa were playing some god awful music loud enough to be heard behind closed doors and windows. We were very unlucky with the people that had rented the villa next to us. They, not joking here, brought a drum which they beat alongside their music up to 3 in the morning and somehow when they woke up at 8 continued on with the music. On the third day we asked the staff to tell the neighbors to not be so loud during the nights.
