WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sun and Sea by Beachside Management in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guests must be 23 years of age or older to check in without a parent or official guardian.

Please be advised that this is a private home or apartment and housekeeping and towel service are not available.

If arriving after 18:00, please inform the property so that they may provide you with late night check-in instructions.

Parking is offered for one vehicle per reservation.

Bike rentals are located at two different off site locations, 3 hours at a time from 9am- 5pm.
