  : We liked the location.
  : Property needed attention. Exterior siding had large patches of mildew and there were paint patches on the front of the building. Floors were dirty. Baseboards were dirty. A couple of the blinds were damaged. There was no blind in one window: no window covering at all. There were no linens for the sleeper sofa - no sheets, pillowcases, nor blanket. No hand towels. We only had one ice tray in the freezer and it leaked. The side of the fridge was rusted. The back door was tricky to open. I heard a noise outside around 7 am. When I went to laundry room later in the morning, a board had fallen off the side of the building and was lying on the deck with nails sticking up.

  : Fabulous location! Kids took their shower in the back deck as there is a convenient hose on the side of the house. It helped control the amount of sand it came in with us. :)
  : Not impressed with cleaning. There was a dead cockroach in the bedroom and quite dirty under the bed and futon. That first impression made me a bit uncomfortable with the decision. But the kids didn't notice anything and once I tried to look through their eyes, I was able to enjoy the break.

  : Honestly, nothing. Im sure for some no a/c in the bathroom would have been a problem, but it didnt bother us.

  : The a/c units need a serious cleaning. My husband cleaned one of the filters but the build-up of what looks like black mold or mildew inside of it was pretty disturbing
