  : Affordable, clean and spacious villa with a nice balcony to sit on. Airconditioning was present in most bedrooms. Owner was friendly and regularly came by for a chat.
  : Downstairs appartment did not have airconditioning. We didn't cook much ourselves, but the kitchen could have been equipped a bit better.

  : Amazing view!Location away from the noisiness of Sarande.
  : 1.The house is located up in the hills, very far away from the beaches. Going by foot is not an option, especially if you are with kids. 2.There are 3 rooms with A/C and a living room with no A/C. It's super hot in this living room. We wanted to turn on the A/C all together to cool down the place but the owner forbied. 3.The owner is a little bit weird. He was coming into the house while we were at the beach and turned off the air conditioners. We felt frustrated knowing that anytime someone can come into the house. 4.Something is wrong with the electrical wiring. If you turn on the A/c and the washing machine or any other devices all electricity shuts down. 5.There are ants everywhere.
