  : Beautiful sea view, large rooms, air conditioning. Washing machine. Good WiFi. The apartment is located near the port.
  : The apartment is located about 500 meters away from the address indicated at booking.com. It is not marked in any way. Handing over the keys was complicated, the owner works in Greece and entrusted her friend who spoke very bad English. The owner could not be reached, she responded to SMS and WhatsApp messages with a delay, it took 2 hours to hand over the keys. The kitchen was covered in marmalade. The nearest beach is paid, pebbly, and ugly.

  : We were a group of 6. Of which 2 stayed in 1st floor apartment , door2. And four of us stayed in 2 bedroom apartment on floor 4, door 10 for 5 days. Location was a big issue to reach as its not mentioned on google maps, lift doesnt take more than 2 people at once and it is a scary lift as it bumps alot, apartment shown in the picture is not the same in terms of quality , and since there is construction happening right in front of the house its better to take the top floor, from the first floor you just get the under construction building view. bathroom had no curtain for shower, the washbasin got clogged, flush did not work properly, ac outlet kept on over flowing and we kept on mopping the floor and throwing away the water that got filled, there was no wifi for 1 entire day, Geyser dint work, electricity went off for 30 mins and after a-lot of efforts we got to know the acs and geyser cant be switched on and it went off from the main panel downstairs which the neighbours did help us, when entered the house the property had all the bedsheets and towel being dried up and the basic amenities of kitchen werent there , as simple as sugar, salt, etc. There are better options in Sarande and its better to look for those and give this a pass.
