  : I stopped off here one night to head to Butrint before going onto tiranna the following day - location was perfect, the bus stops for both routes are more or less outside. Good value clean room and I was upgraded, staff were really friendly.
  : Couldn't figure out how to turn off the balcony lights.

  : New hotel, with fairly limited facilities. But very nice, high quality work with tiles and everything. Close to the minibus station, that was important for me.
  : Strange shower arrangement. Really not much of a problem, but I had to dry the toilet afterwards.

  : Perfect location.
  : We were checked into a room with electrical problems. There's much difficulty rectifying the issues as there's no staff manning the hotel and telephone calls were unanswered till after some time. Finally, we managed to move to another room.

  : Main reason to stay here would be that it is right beside where the bus drops off and also where the bus to tirana leaves from. At this price point, can't complain. Basic, cheap, convenient
  : Very basic rooms, slightly false advertising as there was no view from the rooms as this property is situated away from the beachfront area

  : Property was clean, decent size and location.
  : I didnt like that upon checking inn the lady on the phone whom i never met or spoke to was claiming that I booked a double room even though I showed the booking.com email where the only option was double or twin and I needed a twin as i was travelling with my brother. They tried to give as a different twin room even though I payed etra for balcony/sea view only because they couldnt be bothered to separate 2 beds in the other room. The husband was more helpful his wife became very flustered once the finally gave us the room we payed for and started seperating the bed cusing her husband along the way. Then there was the exchange rate of 1300 rather than the usual 11000 rate at every other hotel. I ended up changing the leks back to eur not to get ripped off on exchange since payment was required in cash.Got woken up the next morning by the loud (woman on the phone) from the first day chatting with the other lady at volume 11. Shame really as the hotel is decent only customer service is greatly lacking and the feeling that they tried to get more money out of you were in every way they can.
