: Room size and layout was very functional, with the addition of 2 small balconies which had minor sea views which all made for a very comfortable stay.
: A big barking neighbourhood dog got the better of us on one or two nights, even with the windows shut.No washing machine in room any longer, however access was provided for washing of clothes as required.

: The flats themselves are quite nice and spacious. The hosts are very welcoming. The beds are comfortable.
: We had asked for 2 spare beds, which he didn't provide, and instead told us to try out sleeping without them in order to save money. We did that and found out it was fine but he still tried to charge us for the beds he didn't provide. The booking included a washing machine, which suggests a washing machine in each flat, but that was not provided. The washing machine was, in fact, the host's own washing machine that we could use if he was available. The booking also included toiletries such as shampoo and body wash, but this was not provided - the only thing provided was a tiny bar of soap. When we asked him for shampoo and body wash, he said it will arrive in 3 days (for a 7 night stay, this was ridiculous and we had to buy our own). The flats also didn't have proper duvet covers. We were only provided bed sheets and 2 thin blankets to share between 4 people while sleeping. In terms of payment, the website did not say but the host only accepts cash now. It only says this after you book. Our booking was quite large so involved a large sum of cash, which I was not comfortable carrying on a flight and a ferry. The host wants this cash in euros when the local currency is lek, meaning there is only one bank where the cash can be taken out. He seemed to not understand that no bank (at least UK bank) will allow you to take out that much cash from an ATM.
