  : the accommodation was as advertised, the staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The location of the place is great as it is right in the city center.
  : The only issue we had with the hotel was the parking as there were only very limited parking spaces by the hotel and we had to pay for a separate parking lot.

  : The place was perfect just in the center of sarajevo and within walking distance to all the main sights. The stuff was excellent.
  : The internet worked well in the hotel reception room and balcony it did not always worked in the second floor in which I had a room. I was not vey insistent that they will fix it though.

  : The only good thing about this place its location, in the heart of old town. However, its not worth the money, there are better hotels in the city center for less money, if you book in advance.
  : Avoid this place. Its very old, not cleaned properly, the walls and carpets are dirty, beds are literally falling apart. It is max 2 stars accommodation, not 3 stars as the hotel itself says. You cannot pay by card only cash, which we were not informed about before our arrival. There is no parking provided by the hotel, you have to search for it around and go to the public parking places (normally 20 KM/10 eur for overnight stay, but we even paid 37 KM / 13,50 eur for not even 20 hours of parking). The biggest problem was the cleaning service that does not exist there, they only come to change towels and thats it and if you stay for more days, the floors and sink get naturally dirty, however they dont clean it. We also found some nuts on the floor and under the furniture from other earlier guests. We even had to ask for toilet paper and make the bed ourselves upon arrival. There were only sheet lying on the bed. The breakfast is very poor, only bread with cheese, ham, salami, cucumber and tomatoes, yoghurt (everything one type, no variety at all). One day they served orange lemonade which was spoiled, another day the cheese was bad as well. There is no pastry, no juice that you would normally get in every 3* hotel, there is also no coffee machine neither tea, you have to ask for that. I still wonder how its possible to pay for this hotel in advance by card via booking, because when you arrive there they tell you they dont accept cards only cash. Booking should have it clearly written on their website when offering this place
