  : Location perfect. Very clean and spacious. The reception did try hard to help for our second stay.
  : Poor communication that caused confusion and delayed our departure. Useless facilities as no one coffee or tea bag supplied. It is good for long stay but not for one day or a couple of days. tourists have no time shopping for one or two morning coffee or tea.

  : Very clean and big appartment, fully equipped. In the centre, few meters away from the cathedral.
  : Below there are several bars and restaurants and was very noisy, hard to sleep until very late. They clearly say it in the description but she windows should be more noise isolated.

  : Amazing location. I'd love to the separation of the rooms, and the bathroom is a nice size. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and plenty of plates cups and glasses.The decor is nice and pleasing, plenty of places to sit. The bed is comfortable.
  : Check in instructions do not match the email received. The places incredibly damp, it has a dehumidifier but it was overflowing when I checked in.Very moldy smell. I stayed in the ground floor unit. The front windows cannot be opened. The bedroom window opens out to a restaurant thar has patio seating. It closes fairly early so no noise at night. When the window is open during the day you will get smoke, and hear the chatter from outside.Without having the windows open there's poor ventilation in this unit. Only a heater, and no fans. It's quite warm in May.There is a laundry machine, but it smelled so bad I did not use it.There is a coffee maker, with one coffee pod. And it is a weird brand I could not find more to replace it.

  : Apartment has a very central location, just few meters from the cathedral. The apartment was clean and well-equiped - as it was declared, there was a washing machine, clothes dryer and a kithenette with refrigerator, coffee maker etc. The access to the building was via AppToln on the mobile phone, the keys from the apartment were inside in the safety box, the code was sent on the mobile.
  : We had a ground floor apartment and there was a strange smell caused by high humidity. Only one of three windows could be opened to get some air. The central location turned out to be a negative, because there are 3 pubs within 10 m distance from your bed. Actually, we were lucky, because out of three nights we could sleep two (Monday and Tuesday, because only one pub was open). But the last night (Wednesday) we experienced crowds of young people, loud music and disco right next to the accommodation till 2 a.m. In general, the accommodation is excellent, but suitable above all for young people, groups of friends etc., who enjoy the nightlife. Definitely not for adult people, or families with children.

  : the place is next to a square full of bars and there is noise every day until late. Really difficult to spleep there.

  : Nice apartment on the 2nd floor. Good location.
  : Check in was confusing. The website said that someone would meet us, but then I received messages through Booking that I needed to fill out passport information, etc. through a website/link. I didn't have good phone service and this was hard. Then I received texts through WhatsApp with door codes to check in. I was confused on what I needed to do to be able to check in.

  : Location was great and it had a washing machine. Airy and comfortable. Situated above several very late night pubs and clubs which meant that you a part of the Santiago atmosphere and we enjoyed many a glass of wines looking down in the revelers . Earplugs are a huge recommendation for sleeping.
  : Access app AppToIn was rubbish and was a nightmare when trying to leave. Several fittings in the bathroom missing/ broken.

  : Ground floor appartement with own entrance. Everything looks new, very clean and good space. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Nice bathroom and good warm water. Well refurbished place.Check-in is fairly late in comparison to other places, but we could leave our luggage at the office not far away.
  : Pungent musty smell, which is masked by air fresheners. Quite overpowering. Only one window can be opened slightly, so no draft to ventilate and remove the smell.Coffee maker is of type that requires special pods (Tassimo); none provided and no clue where to get. So useless.Next door is a bar and another across the square. Later in evening (after 23:00, Tuesday!) the noise increased. This went on until 4:00 in morning (poor people that live nearby). Even with window and shutters closed, the sound of people and loud music was too loud to sleep.In morning there was broken glass and empty beer bottles outside door and windows.All of this took away the good of the nice appartement. Very disappointed.And they state as house rules, no party and no loud noise.......
