  : The scenery is fabulous, sea view to the front and unspoilt landscape to the rear with lots of unusual rock formations and greenery. The area its located in is remote and quiet, which will suit some people but not others. A car is a necessary if staying here. The property is a 1 minute walk to a small inlet, sand and rock, directly in front of it, and is very picturesque. A short 3 minute walk will take you to a larger beach which has the usual beds and umbrellas to rent. The traditional style property had 4 balconies, one on each elevation, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets, 1 shower. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. There was adequate room in the bedrooms and main living area, despite the presence of a large fire breast in the middle of the living area. The property has high ceilings which help compensate for the lack of air conditioning.
  : I hope that the feedback I give is viewed by the property owners and management as constructive criticism and is used as an opportunity by them to improve their standards. The main building which contains the reception and eating area and the gardens, walkways and sports centre is very tired and neglected looking. The sports centre consists of a tennis court and another area which may once have been a basketball area but no longer has any basketball hoops. In the week we were there in peak season, neither facility was used and in fact are an eyesore. Both courts are surrounded by rusting railings which have fallen into disrepair. The real shame is that they are in between the pool and the sea interrupting what is a spectacular view. The pool is fine and is manned by a lifeguard but theres no pool bar to get refreshments. The reception area is uninviting, dark and with cheap seating. The eating area to the front, is a really missed opportunity due to its amazing sea view, as its soulless with a small wooden decking area populated with cheap plastic seating. Very few people eat here, which is not surprising as it feels cramped and unloved. They are charging restaurant prices in a bad cafe bar environment. My recommendation is to extend the outdoor floor space by building a large decking area and take advantage of that amazing view. I cant understand why its so neglected. The service charge of 14 per person per day was poor value based on the level of service given. When we checked in, we were handed 4 sets of towels and bed sheets so we had to make our own bed. In the week we were there, there was no other service provided such as cleaning of the apartment. I dont mind making a bed but at 14 per day per person, it added 392 to our bill for 4 people for 7 days. It wasnt a hidden charge but as stated, it was poor value based on the service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful mostly but we did experience poor service on occasion.

  : Kitchen:-No plugs in kitchen sink. No jug to boil water. No tea towels No dish liquid No dish cloths. Bathroom:-Shower was abysmal- a wet room with a nylon dirty curtain, which was attached to the wall like a half umbrella- and which stuck to you when you showered.Water covered bathroom floor as curtain didnt contain it-even on low pressurePOol:No swimming allowed between 1-3pm !!!Must wear a bathing cap to swim!!peak time of course.

  : It has a very good location, close to the beach. And it is perfect to discover the north Sardinia. I like the apartment it is very pleasant for two people. The stuff was very nice.
