  : The pool size shape and view
  : 1. Rooms have street view and not the ocean2. Facility is old3. In our room the toilet paper holder broken 4. The shower handle broke and need use a pipe like in garden 5 water in shower leak out to the room Dinner ( pay separate) is expensive and very not tasty !Pool need to bring and return towel from reception , it is far and annoying and nobody tell u about. Before also . Really stupid.

  : The hotel is very nice, features picturesque views and have a great location. If you have a car, you can enjoy beauty of the coast and different beaches. The swimming pools were amazing, resting there was peaceful. The room and facilities are comfortable and convenient, and the AC worked perfect, there is enough space for luggage in the room. There is a pleasant service and the staff is attentive and welcoming. During evenings there is a live music and on Saturdays a pool party with a DJ. There was a service to get to the beach that we didnt use.
  : The breakfast can be improved with vegetables, variety of breads and other Sicilian specialities. The dinner can include more options (at least a la carte menu), because it is a set up 3-course meal, even if you are not that hungry or do not want it. Couple days the cosmetics in the room was not refilled, which required asking for that at the reception but they are not prepared for this. You should have a car to enjoy the area; otherwise it may be complicated to get to the hotel and move around.

  : The amount of steep hills to climb to get from room to other amenities such as restaurant, spa, and bar. Plus, no room service.

  : Villa had an amazing location and view. Undeniable potential
  : Inconsistent housekeeping with two days of no refills of amenities. Dirty bedsheets from floor (asked to be changeput back on bed (gross). Working telephone a must for emergencies (10 minutes to walk to lobby. Had to take 4 pieces of heavy luggage down 2 flights of stairs. My husband has arthritis in back. Cant mive now. We asked for help the day before.
