Most of our 2-bedroom-apartments are in the two houses which are not directly at the pool.

A plot of land next to the two-bedroom apartments is currently being developed (as of Dec. 2021) and a single-family house will then be built on.
Construction noise can probably occur between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The construction site does not affect the panoramic view of the sea.
