: Right on the beach, easy (walkable) access to restaurants.
: Looks like the door jam had been previously breached (sometime in the past) and the 'repair' made was questionable. Wouldn't have taken much to break the jam again (see pic).

: The young lady on duty was very friendly. Why do you still use keys rather than a lockbox where the renter is sent a code. This needs to be updated as well as this whole unit. Top bolt lock was not operable at all. Door did not fit properly and it looks like it could be pushed or kicked in easily!
: This is the most outdated unit we have stayed in on 30A! It is in desperate need of refurbishing-needs paint-tile floors in kitchen were cracked and stained- ac vents are filthy- bathrooms are dark and dingy with paint peeling in tub- sink does not drain-pipes make a terrible noise-there are no drapes to block sun, only filthy sheer curtains, one of which had dried blood stains-couch and loveseat are dirty-sliding doors require 2 people to open. Do not rent ! Resort Quest needs to inspect this unit and require owner to repair and update. Definitely not worth the money. I was embarrassed that I had booked this unit for my group. One Seagrove place is nice but this unit should be removed from rental program until updated!!

: Bed in master was terrible. Slept on fold out bed in living room for most of the stay
