  : The host was very pushy. No manners. On top of the 80 euro cleaning fee (which is a lot of money) + 5 euro deposit per day on electricity (to compensate on the effective cost of 0.30 Euro per Kwh on the checkout!) they wanted me to rent from them towels and bed sheets. About the cleanliness of the property I posted some photos, you can judge by yourselves. No shower gel, no shampoo, an empty apartment. They water down the hand soap containers in both toilets (again picture). Aside from this a great sense of unwelcoming. I think the mistake was mine in the end. I should have considered the reviews from other people about the property and the host. The company with which the host is associated Novasol, has to be avoided as well. They had a so complicated T&C, that at some point I find myself writing down all the steps they wanted me to do. I want also to point out that Booking.com has its part of responsibility in this because Novasol is already an estate agent, so I found weird that after placing my reservation with Booking.com another agent kicks in, and I found myself bound my double terms and conditions. It was like placing a reservation from Booking.com to Airbnb, where the host was just the last piece of the chain. This sounds not like a deal, I think in the end I paid much more than I should.
