  : The pool area is very good and very clean There was a good selection of food in the restaurant and staff helpful
  : Unfortunately, I booked a 2 x double bed room with a large balcony / terrace and a sea view. The actual photo on Booking.com did not match the facilities available at this hotel. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned at all. The balcony patio doors were covers in smudges and finger prints. There was meant to be a filled welcome basket, but there was nothing in it on arrival or at any time during the stay. I had to ask for clean towels to be provided on two occasions. The servicing of the room was generally very poor. I guess we had been spoilt by the comparative service on our cruise which had been excellent. Cleaners did not take away dirty plates / glasses from day 2 of our stay !!! Finally, the air conditioning unit was out of order, Overall, very disappointing. I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed my stay but now I would have to think twice before I would recommend it to friends and clients. We had just returned from a cruise and were going to spend a few days there before going home in the South of Tenerife as we a residents. UNACCEPTABLE. Reception staff blaming Booking.com for misleading information and left with no alternative options as the hotel was allegedly fully booked

  : Excellent value for money The room was really spacious, beds were comfy and the balcony had an amazing view of Teide. Beautiful garden around the pools. Free parking on the street, around the hotel. The food was good, but could've been better.
  : Although we asked for a double bed, we received 2 single beds attached which wasnt convenient for us.

  : Nice hotel interior, nice pools and gardens.
  : The main pool is said to be heated, but it is not (the water is supercold) The wardrobes in rooms are really smelly & the furniture in rooms is old. There is no electric kettle or cup to make yourself a tea in the room.
