: The hot tub.
: Kitchenette ridiculous. Sliding door very hard to open, locked with a dowel, no screen, and clouded. Lost of cobwebs. The lawn furniture very corroded and no pads. Would never recommend this place

: The location near the beach was fantastic. It is farther from the boardwalk than advertised. It’s about 2 miles, not one. That infor should be corrected. It was a cute little in-law unit in a private backyard. Lots of towels (once the clean ones arrived a few hours past check in).
: It had not been cleaned at all when I arrived. Piles of dirty towels on th efloor, overflowing waste basket, sand and hair all over the floor. I had to make several phone calls to Vacasa to get it cleaned and wait several hours past check in. In the three phone calls I had to make to get room cleaned and my receipt updated, one person I spoke to on the phone at Vacasa was very rude (although the two others were very polite). The room needs a waste basket in the bathroom (not having one in there could mean people are commonly flushing items that you do NOT want in your pipes!) It needs new curtains that actually close and block out the sun a little better. Needs new patio furniture. It’s very decrepit and rusted. And without any cushions the patio is basically unusable.

: Bed was clean and comfy. Location was great. Cute quaint.
: The A/C didn’t work and they didn’t get someone out to fix it while we were there. Needs a deep clean or exterminator, lots and lots of cobwebs and spiders.

: I like that it had a hot tub
: It wasn't anything like the pictures and I got charged $100 cleaning deposit and I was misled from the very beginning I was told it was $100 for the stay and they wanted a hundred extra dollars which I paid and I thought that was for a deposit and I never got it back and I was not able to get ahold of anybody to talk about it very disappointed and actually I'm kind of pissed off

: The bed was comfortable.
: The toilet was too small & too low. No tv or DVD player. The refrigerator could be a little bit bigger. The outside furniture should have been wiped cleaned. The lighting in the rear was inadequate. Place not equal to the cost.
