  : Very friendly Hosts and a very nice Room, with a Almost luxurious Bath. Only the breakfast could be better- More fresh things, less packed in plastic.

  : B&B del Lago is not an official hotel, though it is probably an official lodging. The rooms are on the upper floor of a family-owned home. For the price, which is rather cheap, B&B del Lago was OK. It is near Sansepolcro, a lovely town with many artistic treasures. It is not too far from Arezzo, either. The rooms are clean, there is a clean bathroom with the room, and the view towards the mountains is pretty. Breakfast is included in the price. It is mostly prepackaged items. They are edible. The family who runs the place is quite nice. Again, for the price, B&B del Lago is OK. Clean and quiet, once you've checked-in.
  : Check-in was a problem. The hosts had OK'd our arrival time of between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. Yet, when we arrived, no one was there to receive us. Arriving was in itself was a challenge, because there is no visible signage. We were not convinced we were even at the B&B due to the residential-looking nature of the entire street, the lack of signage, and the multiple dogs barking at us viciously from neighbors' yards. After asking a person who was walking by if this was the B&B, we finally found a small sign, where there were 3 phone numbers listed. We were able to call two of them, but no one picked up, and the third number was incomplete on the sign, so we could not call it. Someone finally arrived, after we'd waited about 15-20 minutes. While we waited, we wondered if we needed to book a hotel elsewhere. The person who showed up, the daughter of the person who runs the place, had actually gotten our calls but didn't pick up because she thought our number could be a "call center." However, she did show up, and she informed her mother that "guests" had arrived.
