  : We loved the condo it was so convenient to the beach and pool area loved the screened in patio had everything stocked we needed ... no keys to keep up with everything at the resort free ... bicycles, games , chairs on the beach and free umbrellas ... staff was exceptional friendly ... we want to come back again stay in same place ... it was a Wonderful vacation !!!!

  : Although the lockbox had a key, it wasn't needed (or used) since the door had an electronic lock. This a great feature so you don't have to worry about losing a key while swimming, walking or biking. Loved no charge for chairs, umbrellas, bikes &, towels. The thin-crust pizza at Dante's was 1st rate.
  : On our 2nd night, two ladies came to the door. VACASA (not Sanibel) had sent them the same address (#3410) as ours. The address on their documentation was incorrect and should have reflected another unit. It was 9 PM Friday when this happened and I accompanied them to the reservations/check-in office to resolve the problem. We were watching our hometown team in the world series and they lost the game because my virtual support was interrupted. Tampa Bay Rays attorneys may be in touch with VACASA, especially if this game costs them the World Championship.

  : Location, location, location! Beautiful place! Roomy apartment with full kitchen. Roomy patio with a tiny view of the water. Close to beach, pool & tiki bar!
  : No privacy curtains to outside. Noisy, this apartment is next to a stairwell, combined with elevator noise & upstairs people it could get loud. Bring your earplugs...

  : There was absolutely no wifi as bailable and no tv service. This should be specified. The add did say wifi can be unreliable, but never stated there is no router or service.

  : The apartment was outdated. There were no privacy/blackout curtains in the master bedroom so everyone on property could see into the room. Furthermore, only one light fixture worked in the room; the other ones did not. There was no laundry detergent to be able to use the washer/dryer.

  : Loud-you can hear everything through the walls!! Apt needs further updating-Needs a shower. Wifi didn’t work most of the time.

  : Not actually part of the resort so the extras are not for you and no one can help you that works there. Permenant residents don't enjoy children there and made us uncomfortable. Wifi is not located in unit, but on exterior of a unit and shared so it only works about 20 % of the time. Room was outdated.
