  : The location of the house is amazing, so close to the beach, a beautiful stretch of un-crowded beach, and the bay. Walking distance to the marina and a great restaurant. Biking distance to lots of great places. Yet feels so secluded. Beautiful gardens and landscaping around the entire house; feels like a tropical paradise. Very comfortable and spacious accommodations in the house. Excellent kitchen. We made most of our meals for our 9 person group and it was great! Loved the pool. The 4 kids in our group spent lots of time there! Overall we loved this place and hope to come back again!
  : The teenager suite is very small and doesn't sleep 2 people. There was no mattress on the trundle bed. It was also musty up there. The trail to the dock was under water and not passable at high tide. The hot tub was not very hot, but the pool was lovely.
