  : Location was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was ok.
  : So around midnight we get a knock on our door as we had requested more towels that for some reason they decided to give us around midnight. Because of a couple kids getting stranded at the tournament we were at I had a couple more kids in my room. So the guy demands we try to rent another room. I did not have the money for that, so he calls his boss and who tells him to tell me it was ok for that night and that we would work something out in the morning. Then my debit card gets nailed for the price of my entire trip again. I went down to talk to the night clerk about what he had done and he apparently did not believe me when I said I had already paid for the trip in full. And asked why that was happening as they said they would work it out the next day. The manager came in the next day and was extremely apologetic and helpful and said the guy clearly didn't know what he was doing. The manager did everything he could to make it right, but the idiot night clerk emptied my bank account and it would take days for me to get my money back. The manager was amazing though and the best I have ever seen.
