  : That Chester had not been paid by Booking.com when I had paid booking.com on 30th July. Again another mess up by this company which is why I hardly use them. Poor service as its a nice hotel but one member of staff was saying I had to pay the full amount. That wasnt the hotels fault.

  : Good location, I can't say anything else good about this place. I did not have high expectations, however this place did not even meet them. Really really disappointed. The blonde lady with glasses that we saw in the morning at breakfast was very welcoming and was as accommodating and helpful as possible, especially dealing with such a difficult manager!
  : Everything! Beds were absolutely awful and we've all come away with back pain. We stayed for a week and the sheets were only changed once and the room was never cleaned. Breakfast was cheap and nasty food cooked badly and we were 3mins after 9 one day and got huffed at by the owner. Owner had his family staying the week we were there who were ridiculously loud in the evening and cooked dinner which smelt awful and permeated through into our room. Just all round awful awful place. We just wanted a cheap break, somewhere clean to stay with a good breakfast to set us up for the day. We didn't have high expectations, just basics but this place is really really poor. You're looking at 1 star not 3. Really truly the worst place I've ever stayed.
