  : The room was clean and cozy! Breakfast was rich and delicious food in the restaurant was also very good and tasty. Water in the pool was perfect temperature for children.

  : The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good and varieted. Overall a relaxing and quiet environment, no traffic and good room noise insulation.
  : When I arrived at my Superior Room I noticed the room was too hot(it was on the last floor) and I had no possibility of regulating the room temperature(it was above 28 C). I complained to the reception desk to activate the AC, or to give me another room. The 2 women at the desk told me to just open the window and accept it, I found this response and lack of willingness to understand a client's most important need unacceptable for a so called 5star hotel. The next morning I asked to talk with the manager and solve the issue, or else I would want a refund for the other nights. The manager confirmed me they will turn on the centralized AC and from then all good. Nonetheless the reception desk has poorly managed my case.

  : The spa is OK. The outside pool was great. New renovations were made. Bathroom was good. Parking spaces were covered and availible all the time. The town park is close walking distance.
  : The time for breakfast was only two hours and is bit too short expecialy in the weekend. It was crowded between 9:00 and 10:00. The iinside pool is not very spacious and might be crowded during the non summer seasons.
