  : Nice hostess, available when you need her. Very comfortable studio furnished with all you need even for longer stay. Nice kitchen box with everything needed. Quit place, the studio is in a residential building. There is a parking near the place.
  : The location is ok, if you have a car. The city center is not on a walking distance.

  : The host was very friendly. We had brought bikes with us and we were allowed to keep them on the balcony of our apartment to keep them safe. There was a well-stocked store just opposite the building.
  : The building is located just 15 minutes on foot from the town park, but you should keep in mind it’s a steep climb. The road is good otherwise; there is a pavement and lights. As the building is actually outside Sandanski, don’t expect food delivery to be available (there is a restaurant on the first floor, though). The apartment building itself felt very empty and hygiene was lacking (e.g., the glass elevator shaft contained hundreds of dead flies). There is a parking location, but you are not guaranteed to get a place (there is a decent but unguarded parking lot nearby, though). The apartment is advertised for having a kitchen, yet things such as spice, salt, oil, etc. are not provided (they are normal in many similar accommodations). The kitchen hood isn’t properly installed (blows right into a cupboard, safety cap is not mounted on top). The bathroom is not very functional as there are no hangers and no place to put shampoo and other bathing products while you shower (we had to put them on the floor). Architecturally, the place is just weird with angles that leave unusable space, and narrow rooms that are dark at one end. The appliances are either low-cost or outdated, e.g., small CRT TVs. These things, though, I can live with. To me the worst part was that the bedroom was adjacent to the neighbours’ bathroom, plus the walls were super thin. Therefore once we were woken up my our neighbours listening to music before 7 AM on a holiday (had to knock on the wall to make them stop), and another time by them leaving their bathroom ventilation on after a visit to the bathroom at night, leaving us with constant loud buzzing.

  : Efficient communication with host via WhatsApp or Viber on the day of booking, the host waited us at the location, while we texted him 30 minutes prior to our arrival to facility
  : While checking in wifi did not worked at all,so the host moved us to the other apartment, more noisy, but with operational wifi. The text was smooth

  : The rooms are new, with kitchen box, refrigerator and everything one would need, there is a nice supermarket nearby. The panoramic view is a big plus.
