  : the area was cosy and nice, with flowers ect. the pool was clean . there was all we needed
  : it was sad that the pizzaria and restaurant was closed, that would give and extra bonus. there could also be some lounge music

  : Excellent facility especially with kids. Very quiet and convenient for local restaurants and cafes. The shop is also close by. We planned to visit many beaches of Sardegna and the location was excellent. Local beach is a 4 min drive, other beautiful beaches 10 to 20 min. Very pleased with this experience.
  : Restaurant was closed at the hotel, which would have been super if it was open. But it didn't affect our stay at the end.

  : The location is in a quite part of the town... And the work into Town is 30 mins... to the beach it will take you 40 mins I would suggest a cycle hire if you don't want to walk around... as a 30 mins breeze walk will take 7 mins The Pool is fantastic! and there is only few places near by with a pool and this is one of the reasons why i booked this location.... Staff... there is only one gentleman at the front desk and he is a star... He helped me a lot even though my italian isn't great! I had a studio Apartment, i wish i was a little bigger as i was limited how i stored my groceries (Eurospin walking distance from the location) Comfort - the bed was great! and the AC was fantastic! 8 years i have been travelling to San Tendero and this was a comfort stay
  : I wouldn't see i didn't like... But u can understand that i went in Sept.. i wished they had some facilities for food or snacks... bottled water.... basically a general store that would be so good for not just me but many others that need for example sun protection or water... or something for kids...

  : The pool being central to all the rooms, we had a lovely outside terrace overlooking the pool which still felt very private.
  : Our room was right by where some of the staff were located in the mornings, because we didn't have aircon, we opened the back door- they were quite loud some mornings and woke us up. This didn't affect the overall enjoyment of our stay too much

  : Quiet, pretty, clean, friendly. Although the staff don't speak much English we got by and they were very nice. Bit of a walk to town but you get peace and quiet and the beach bus from up the road is great. Property is a little old fashioned and basic but its cute and it had everything we needed. The pool is gorgeous. Having your own patio a few metres away is ideal.

  : Gorgeous view, well maintained garden and pool, good location, close to town. It had the minimum equipment youd need for a holiday.
  : The bed was not comfortable, the tv was small and only played italian channels. Kitchen was outdated, could have had a kettle, proper mugs and more utensils. The rattan chair on the balcony ruined my dress with its broken bits on the seats.

  : This was my third time at Tre Querce and I always love to come back. It's one of the few places where you can have complete rest and you really feel on vacation. The pool is amazing and big enough for all the guests.
  : I had one friend staying at another place and when I kindly asked the host if he could swim together with me, it was an immediate no. It would be nice to offer us the opportunity, especially when we are loyal guests and we don't exaggerate. He would even want to pay an additional fee for this.
