  : Worst ever receptionist experience! We booked a family suite (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and the receptionist Mrs. Giada told us the following: 1. We did a cancellation. Reality: we had an official confirmation from Booking.com. 2. The receptionist told us that the Hotel Barrage does not provide the family suite as booked and visible on Booking.com. 3. We did not get our confirmed family suite. Instead we got a double bed and a very uncomfortable sleeping couch for our two kids. 4. We asked to get in contact with the hotel manager. Result: the receptionist did not want to contact the hotel manager to solve the situation. Instead we were told to look for another hotel. Next day the new receptionist Mrs. Victoria gladely provided us with the initially booked and confirmed family suite. In parallel the housekeeping ladies and the restaurant manager approached us in a highly professional manner. They were already informed about the disrespectful behaviour from Mrs. Giada the day before.

  : Although it is a 4* hotel, the air conditioners do not refrigerate at all. The entry card to the room didn't work until they finally gave me a regular key. Maintenance level is very low and everyone in the hotel knows about the problems and just ignores it

  : The restaurant La Siepe was not bad, but not good either. Better choosing some options in Pinerolo.

  : The garden was nice, we've found parking and the receptionist guy was very kind.
  : There were various stains on the bedding, and I preferred not to use it, the bed frame was torn off, this could be put back together by hand, the bathroom was very dirty and the shower pipe was held together by the holy spirit. It was cheap accommodation, but... Not that cheap :)
