  : Nice location in Kursaal, easy walk to beach, about 10-20 min walk to old town and very convenient for using by public transit/bus. Well equipped, comfortable, clean and nice new modern finish. Very nice to have washing machine, fridge & kitchen, and great bathroom space, and small outside deck. Elevator also much appreciated. We had a very nice stay.
  : Thermostat/air conditioning not adjustable and it can get hot, but they provided fans which helped. Picking up keys at different location is a bit inconvenient with luggages, but was not too far a walk (8-10 min).

  : Nice space. Great balcony with cover. Good kitchen with all appliances needed.
  : Getting into the room was the most difficult part but a nice person let me in the building. Had to download an app to get the code. Basically, getting in the room was tedious and time-consuming but once you got in then you picked up your keep and it was a good experience.

  : The location is perfect. Outside of the old city and in the more local area. Many restaurants and local businesses just down the street. The area is quiet as it's outside the touristic area of San Sebastian. The proximity to the beach is also a pro.
  : Key collection process when with a car is a bit complicated, as there is no parking outside the FeelFree office. You need to park the car in a public parking first, walk to the offices, sign the documents and pick up the keys. Then you need to take the car out of the public parking, park it in another public parking closer to the apartment and walk with all your belongings to the apartment itself, which is located on a street where no cars are allowed. In addition, on our last night, there was a problem with the shower drainage which we reported to the office (we didn't have the chance to wait until they fixed it as we left the next morning). The apartment itself is a bit like a maze, and not arrange in a very comfortable manner.

  : the app to enter the apartment to collect the keys did not work, but a very helpful person at feelfree got us in. The apartment still had to be entered with a keypad as the key did not work for the apartment but did for the building. Would of been nice to of had an extra chair and a table on the terrace. Also some door knobs or handles on cupboards in the kitchen area.

  : The appartment is located in Gross - a nice neighborhood area in San Sebastian. You can get everything you need (supermarket, Bakery, etc.) in short walking distance. The app. is on the sevent floor (elevator) and is very siltent with a small terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The Zurriola beach is reachable in 5 minutes. The kitchen is perfectly equiped including washing machine. The contact with the Feel Free staff was excellent and fluently in English. They also organised a parking place nearby in advance for our hired car.
  : We thought that the app. is more specious - a big part of the 52 qm are lost for passages from one to the other room. The bathroom is very small. We prefer more harder beds - the existing on was not.... To get entry to the appartment they provide some codes and you have to use a special app on your mobile phone - we could manage it (with some delays) but older people who are not so addicted to these solution will possibly get in trouble (it was helpful that we had to phones - one with the app and the other one where we could read the instructions given). From our point of view there are better solutions available on the market who are less complicated.

  : Great location with plenty of bars restaurants and supermarkets very close by. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and well presented. Just a short walk to the beach and old town. We had a car and parking was just a 2 minute walk away.
  : Nothing really - but could do with somewhere to hang towels in bathroom
