  : The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
  : Certain repairs that need to be done - heated towel rack not working, a bit of wear and tear throughout that could use a little love.

  : The apartment was spacious and it was in an excellent location very close to La Concha beach. It had everything we needed for a week in San Sebastian, including hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc., and a drying rack to hang up clothes. There were two good sized bathrooms, one en suite.
  : 1) One large drawer of the fridge had a broken front and that meant that it could not be opened. We could not use it at all. I reported that by phone --and also the upper drawer, which was also hard to open, but the staff just told me to try to force it "as it is already broken in any case so you have nothing to lose"! 2) There was no air conditioning or ceiling fan and it was the hottest week in Europe so we could hardly sleep at night. Temperatures reached 40. We found a fan that was largely made of plastic but it gave off a strong smell of burning plastic when we switched it on, so we were alarmed and didn't use it.3) My son and his partner couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street and from the main road: trash collectors, buses, merrymakers coming out of bars at late hours. The din went on until the early hours of the morning, 4.00 and 5.00am. The advantage of being so near to the beach front turned out to be a disadvantage. The other bedroom was not so noisy as it was around a corner from the beach. I realise that it is hard to solve these problems on the part of the management and that this year was a complete exception with regard to temperatures but other renters do need to be aware of the problems involved as the climate is not going to change for the better in the immediate future, and the noise is really intense in the summer season.

  : Great location and easy access to the beach and local amenities. Kitchen and living area spacious.
  : No wine glasses, no kettle but we could use a pan to heat the water. There was a specialist coffee maker - it would have been nice to have had a starter pack of coffee pods or at least know in advance what coffee pods to buy. The bathroom had obviously been flooded in the past and the door was warped and smelled a little damp. Our bedroom floor was a little sandy on arrival - gritty feeling even before we went to the beach!

  : The location was great, close to ocean boardwalk and the rooms were large. Having two bathrooms was a bonusThe amenities were sufficient and requests while on our stay were answered very quickly. Our request for wine glasses and extra towels was fulfilled immediately.
  : The process to get keys and gain access to property was frustrating and not explained until just before arrival. Also the address of the property was not as advertised in listing. I believe this was to avoid showing guests the real entrance to property which was at back of building with completely different address, quite deceiving.The bathroom shower flooded, a plumber arrived to assess and was to return the next day. however did not.

  : This property is in a very convenient location, right by the water, and close to the old town. It was a wonderful apartment, clean and well-equipped, with big windows and high ceilings. We would definitely stay here again.
  : It was very windy when we visited and the wind just howled through the living room windows. We thought the windows might not have been closed properly before we came, or the hinge was not working properly, but it was very loud. Im sure this is fixable, and it was still a great apartment.

  : Great location, apartment looks just like the pictures. Key pick up was super easy and also the communication with the host. 2 bedrooms and 2 separate large bathrooms . The kitchen was well equipped.
  : The apartment is street level so can be very noisy on the weekends. Also when keeping the windows open passers by can look inside.

  : Location was good - very close to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town Flat was spacious.
  : There was no coffee or tea or any amenities. Seeing as there was a coffee machine, this would have been nice as a hotel for a comparable price would have provided these. It was disappointing. The electric shutters weren't working. There was no bed side table in one of the bedrooms - for my elderly parents this was a little frustrating.

  : The location is amazing - 2 minutes from Concha beach - the highlight of the place!
  : Very very noisy street - the unit is on the ground floor, so its noisy 24 hours/day - very difficult to sleep with the windows open (since there isnt any air conditioning, we had no choice but to open the windows unfortunately). Great space except that it needs some TLC (mold on walls by the windows and door in main washroom, etc.)
