  : Perfect location very central for everything in Duquesa. Comfortable with all facilities. When a problem with a tap it was fixed immediately. the location within the complex did not get a lot of sun but it was so hot that was not a problem and there were two pools, one immediately outside the apartment and one in gardens.

  : Great apartment in a super location right on the marina, but on the pool side of the complex so no noise from the bars. Had everything you needed for a great holiday.

  : We liked the location and the apartment,and the access to the pool also the deck chairs in the apartment which we took to the beach.we also thought everything we needed was their in the apartment .
  : The only thing we didnt like was the air conditioning was on a timerwhich could only be set to a maximum of two hours .This is ok and i can understand why ,But every evening in August we put it on went to sleep then seemed to wake up every two hours to switch the air conditioning back on, the apartment seemed to get very hot very quickly in the night, and we didnt get one good nights sleep.

  : The location is excellent, check-in and out was easy and apartment was of good size
  : The apartment wasn't clean at all. The floors and tables were filthy, the cups and plates greasy and old food on them, everything needed cleaning before use, wiping the counter tops with kitchen roll showed so much dirt. Two bathrooms had tiny soaps, but one had none. Walking on the floors barefoot required you wipe your feet afterwards, overall not acceptable at all

  : Occasionally bad sewage smell inside the duplex from the outside drains.
