  : It was very difficult to sleep because I couldn’t turn off the bathroom exhaust fan. It was making a lot of noise, and I couldn’t close the bathroom door either. So, I spent half the night struggling.

  : Clean,well run, very new facilty..
  : First night, someone set the fire alarm off at 720 in the morning. Scared the crap out of me.Went down to the front desk to inquire, and they informed me it was set off in a bathroom somewhere. No apology or anything offered.Second night, I parked my truck in the underground garage and had my truck broken into and over $3,000 in tools were stolen.They have cameras everywhere. They also have signs everywhere, saying they are not responsible for what happens to your vehicle even though it is in an underground garage.All they would need is 1 security guard posted there in the late evening and early morning hours, and this would never happen.I reported the incident to the front desk, and they apologized and then said I could not view the security footage, but I had to file a police report first, and only the police could view it.ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY THE PRESENCE OF 1 HUMAN BEING IN THAT GARAGE BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 6AM.WHY HAVE AN UNDERGROUND PARKING FACILTY IF IT IS NOT SECURE.
