  : The male receptionist was very helpful and dealt with all our problems professionally and empathetically. Convenient location for restaurants, shops, taxi rank and the beach.
  : We had originally booked a studio for two people. However, when checking in, the female receptionist offered to upgrade us to a one-bedroom apartment.Apartment number 11 is on the ground floor in another building from that where the reception is. It was clean enough overall but very old and outdated furniture and an odd smell in the bedroom. The kitchen equipment was sparse and not so clean. The shower door was broken so taking a shower resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor.We also noticed the window frame was broken. It was a sliding window and the latch which held the window closed was on the broken part of the frame, so very easy to just slide and come apart.After some back and forth with the receptionist, the maintenance man came to fix the window. He reposition the latch and glued the wood back together. We were not reassured of the security of the window though.Also, we didnt have remote controls for the TV nor the air conditioning unit. The female receptionist told us we would have to pay 20 non-refundable for the air-con remote. I dont know how this is fair and we didnt take it. Later on, when the male receptionist was on duty, he gave us the remote for free.The following day, we were too tired to go out for dinner so decided to stay in. Thankfully so we were in the bedroom so the living room lights were off and then we heard a loud bang - around 10pm, someone had forced the window open. Fortunately my partner reacted quickly, ran into the living room and turned on the light. The person ran away immediately.We complained out the break in/robbery attempt to the male receptionist and he changed our room straight away. We were given a third floor two bedroom apartment in another building. This apartment was equally very old - the microwave didnt work, the fans were rusty, and the bath drain blocked up on our second day so we had to ask for the maintenance man to come again.Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

  : Close to the clubs.
  : Room smelled like mold and wasnt very clean up to my standards. The paint was coming off the bathrooms ceiling too.

  : Furniture had a very bad smell, the kitchen mostly and beds not comfortable at all

  : The first room I was assigned was smokey and disgusting. The second room was clean and large. The styling is very out of date but it was adequate, spacious, comfortable, and clean.

My only complaint is that the daily cleaner only changed out the towels and made the bed, but did NOT clean the sink and tub daily.
