  : The design is amazing and compliments to the chef - had one of the best dinners over the last 10 years in Italy. Staff generally very friendly and helpful.
  : 1. There is no sound proof in the hotel. I literally could hear people going to the toilet and flushing in the next room. If the hotel is called hideaway probably only because I had to hide away from other guests noises. 2. There was no pillows menu. 3. The mattress was old and too soft - was not able to sleep at all. 4. During the check out no one even asked how was my experience in the hotel - for me it was a total disappointment.
