  : The number 1 reason to book this hotel is the view on San Gimignano. It seriously is one of the most beautiful views of Italy from both the terras where you can have breakfast and dinner, and from the swimming pool. Swimming pool was also very nice. What I found interesting was that a lot of the guests also had dinner in the hotel.
  : The hotel looks a little outdated/oldfashioned. They tried to improve on that with nice photography of a talented local photographer. Rooms like the bathroom etc also felt a bit old. Also the food tasted average, we decided the second night to look for something of the quality we were more used to in Italy.

  : Pretty hotel in San Gimignano. Clean. Great staff. Nice pool. Breakfast included.
  : GPS wouldnt take us to the hotel. Dont know why?? Its in a good location though, once all was figured out. A/C didnt get super cold. But I think thats most of Italy.

  : Breakfast is at par of what you get in Italy, great selection of hams good fruits and also sweets. Coffe is Great and their dinners ale super tastefull. ALso you can buy wine that is served in dinner. From terase is awesome view on San Gimignano that is 2km away!
  : Arrival can be bit confusing. Sign is for parking lot but not near reception, you can drive 200m and there is second gate and you are at reception. (we confused sign next to the side entrance and were bit lost) and than you park car at parking but its just to be clear

  : We spent 4 days at villa Ducci and we loved it. Amazing view on san gimignano, beautiful building, spacious room and great pool. The staff is very welcoming, really nice and on the top of every single detail. Perfect place to spend a few days discovering Tuscany. I highly recommend it.

  : The location was ideal, the view of San Gimignano was spectacular. The staff was really friendly and they made us feel very welcome. Room although a bit smaller was comfortable with a good AC to keep us and our little dog cool.
  : The breakfast selection was very good, although the selection of cheesed and cold cuts, could be improved. I am certain that they could offer more than 2 types of cold cuts and 1 type of store-bought cheese. The bathroom could use some updates.

  : Beautiful surroundings, spacious and excellent views. The daily breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.The owner was amazing, he came and picked us up from the bus station at night, so that we didnt have to walk at night. He organised transport for us to get to the winery free, which was greatly appreciated..We had a couple of minor issues, which once brought to their attention was resolved to our satisfaction .Highly recommend for a quite getaway and relax time .
