  : You can't beat the price for this location in San Fransisco. With its minimal design, we felt right at home in the quaint rooms. The staff was helpful with watching our bags while we went to grab brunch before heading to the airport. I highly recommend staying here.

  : Wifi in communal area wasn't working, which meant I couldn't easily work, except in the room. Also communal are could have had some water/drinks.

  : My wife and I had an excellent stay at this property. All the staff; Domestic, front of house were friendly and helpful.For example I had purchased a book in another city in the USA and had it delivered to this property. They kept an eye out for it and when it arrived I was notified; thank you Pretty. The room was number 308 and it was furthest away from the busy main road which was great.PLUS BUS Pass called MuniMobileThere are buses literally outside the property which made moving around so easy. We purchased a 3 day pass which gave us access to buses and the Trolley Car for $31US.Train PassBuy a Clipper Card on line and this means you can get straight onto the amazing train service upon clearing the usual airport authorities.GET OFF the train at POWELL STREET. You can walk up a short distance to the Hotel or call Ubber or a Taxi if you have suitcases. Its slightly uphill!!
  : THE only disappointment was the offer of coffee!!When we arrived we saw a Modern Barista Coffee machine complete with a grinder full of coffee beans so we went down full of expectations of a nice coffee BUT NO only filter coffee : ( As a result we did not avail ourselves of this product.

  : The saving grace of this property was a front desk person aptly named Lovely by her grandmother . She was friendly , helpful , and a simple joy and the biggest reason I wont give a negative review . Thanks for the laughter Lovely !
  : After having just stayed at the Palihotel Hollywood , the difference was night and day . A co traveler had a room that at first would not lock and was given the answer to just hang the Do Not Disturb sign on the door . After the repair , it would not unlock . At some pount they moved her room and nothing worked , including the TV . In my room lights would go off and on by them selves and the aircon had a life of its own. No real natural light, my two large windows looked out at a brick wall about a foot away . A beautiful lounge is only open from 7 to 10 AM with a coffee dispenser that sits there for 3 hours , and if you want dairy, it ranged from oatmilk to nothing . Across the counter is an espresso machine but no staff to run it !

  : It feels like walls are made of carboard, you can hear everything going on around you, slamming doors, what people are talking about, footsteps etc. If you are sensitive about the noise think again.
