  : Weve booked 4 nights here. room suite is very small for a family of 5, we needed to jump over our suitcases to access everywhere in the room.No cool air conditioner. Its very hot in the night due to small room suite without AC. After 2nd night, we asked room cleaning at the front door. No one came. After we reminded them, service maid came at the 16:30 when we were having a rest. We bear 2 days dirty and wet bathroom.The breakfast included is just awfnever seen such simple breakfast. No waffle, no eggs, no juice, no cereal for kids. Just bread and coffee.Due to flight changed, we asked if possible to get early check out i.e. 3nights-stay in stead of 4 nights. The manager refused and said its not refundable for the last night. I understand there are some reimbursement policy, but sometime some considerations for customers would be really appreciated! Specifically when we paid already so much.

  : Good location handy to transport hub in Powell St. Was able to leave our luggage for the day before we flew out. Room was clean & shower was good.
  : Rooms are tiny & building & rooms very dated. No facilities in room such as tea coffee making. Had fridge & microwave but no plates or utensils. Has to open suitcase on bed as no floorspace to open it on.
