  : The location is the best!! Everything we wanted to visit was about a 15 minutes drive. The receptionstaff is amazing and very friendly. The pool was a welcome end of the day cooling off ritual.

  : The grounds were beautiful on the exterior with well maintained landscaping. The location was great with easy freeway access and many restaurants nearby as well as 15-25 minutes from ZOO and beaches. Staff was friendly and responsive to concerns. Within their ability.
  : My first concern was at registration when I was advised that I had to submit a $250.00 deposit before I could register! I paid as I had traveled all day and was planning a week of relaxation! I later checked all of the communications and did not find this stipulation . When we checked out, we were told that it was refunded but may take a couple of days to appear in our account!!!I had concerns with the cleanliness of the rooms. I was initially concerned when I spotted bugs in my bed. The staff changed my room. The second room had dirty shelves in the closet, which I had to clean before placing my clothes. We were there for a week and I did not want to live out of a suitcase. There were long black hairs in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom, while we both have short, curly gray hair! There was a single lamp in the sleeping area and no entry lighting. The lighting in the bath and dressing areas was great but you entered a dark room and crossed over to turn on a light! There are safety gates to control access to the grounds, however, the back gate which is near the pool area and faces the parking lot had a broken lock which was played off on our first day with, "Oh yeah, I noticed that this morning when I came to work." As stated, it remained broken for our entire stay and being on the rear of the allowed unhindered access inspite of guest being provide an entry code! The pump in the spa was also nonfunctional and, given the other conditions, we were reluctant to enter the heavily used pool.

  : The carpet in our room was extremely wet by the refrigerator that was leaking I threw some pillows and my jacket down and they all got soaked so did my socks when I walked around.

  : Carpeting in our room was soaking wet. I bring my own pillows so when I threw their pillows on the floor, I woke up and they were saturated with water and stained from the carpet.

  : Coffee was provided until 10pm. The price.
  : It was a non smoking facility; however people were smoking Marijuana and Cigarettes.The front desk staff could have been more professional. It feels more like a Motel than a Hotel. I had a dirty used bandaged on the shower ( from previous guest). There was no breakfast provided.
