  : The Azeria is a small B&B in Cavallino. It's in a great location, just a short drive from Lecce. We had a room on the ground floor at the front of the building. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Both had air con. There was also a set of draws, wardrobe, small fridge and a TV. The host met us on arrival and was pleasant. Breakfast was a basic Italian event (we are in Italy after all!) comprising pear juice, bottle of water, tea, coffee and a couple of fresh, sweet pastries, enough for a good start to the day. The breakfast room, kitchen and roof terrace were all located next door. Again all were very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was especially pleasant at night to sit and eat and enjoy a glass of wine. There's also plenty of on road parking right outside the property.
  : As our room was at the front of the building, traffic was quite noisy in the early hours and there is, what I think was, a water heater outside the window which fired up regularly. I'm sure the other rooms, which are at the back of the property are much quieter.There is a kitchen off the breakfast room if you don't fancy eating out every night. There's a gas hob, microwave and an electric mini oven which just fitted a pizza in it! The only problem is there are no sharp knives, chopping board, or anything else for cooking except a couple of pans and a baking dish. There are no big plates, only side plates so we had to eat our meals from the tiny side plates, and we also had to buy a sharp knife to cut up the veg and salad items we purchased. There was also no olive oil herbs or wine glasses! so again, we had to go and purchase some. It's the small detail that let's this B&B down which is a shame as it is a great place to stay. Providing a couple of decent knives, chopping board, big plates and basics like olive oil would have made such a difference. Would we stay there again? Yes! Basic provisions aside, the cleanliness, comfort and location are very good. Next time I'll ask for a room at the back!

  : Super clean, easy check in, friendly staff and free breakfast (only sweets though so not great if you don't take sugar) comfortable bed, room and bathroom! The town is super quiet so if you're looking to be close to Lecce but a driving distance - this place is good.
  : If you're thinking of cooking (like we did) then bring some of your own utensils, the kitchen is very basic so it's easy to cook easy and simple meals but it's not well equipped with utensils. If you're not planning on cooking then there's no issue.

  : Room was nice, clean and comfortable.It have good location, you can get to Lecce in few minutes (by car). The street in front of B&B is wide nad there was no problem to park car near the doorway.
  : Fridge in the room was small, and it took long time to cool water and other drinks.There was any glasses(for water or wine) in room.
