  : When appraising holiday accommodation, you have to base it on what you paid. It is not a top class hotel with lots of facilities. This was very basic accommodation. However, the room was very functional and very clean. Everything worked and there was lots of hot water. It is very hard to fault it, because it fully met my expectations. I did in fact spend a lot of time at the Santa Catalina end of the beach and maybe next time I will stay a little closer purely from the location point of view. However, overall I would recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling on a budget. It is good.

  : The shower
  : The price is excessive for the quality: the wc does not have a window, a bad smell in the whole property, you do your own booking (which takes a lot of time), no soap/shampoo in the shower, windows do not isolate at all from cold and noise outside, the curtain in the shower lets the water out, etc.

  : it is not a quiet place, you can hear the roommates and also the neighborhood isnt quiet. The bathtub is very very smelly, in order to sleep we had to put towels on top of the siphon so we could sleep. It does not have air conditioning so the room was hot. although the location was good.

  : Common areas are kept tidy quite well and the kitchen has all basic things needed for cooking. Nice amount of storage boxes in the room to store luggage.
  : Room gets super hot and doesnt cool off and mosquitoes come bother all night from the very needed open window. Bed is very uncomfortable, very bad sleep.. Water gets to the room during showering bc the shower has only a shower curtain instead of proper door so a big puddle everytime on the floor. Walls are very thin. If you book for longer period they dont come clean the room in between and the place doesnt have cleaning liquids for yourself to use for cleaning. More toilet paper must be bought by yourself
